It realized real-time centralized reading, remote summary management, comparative analysis of water use, and real-time monitoring of dynamic water balance and real-time warning of leakage anomalies of primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary water meters. The implementation of this system has reduced the cost of manual meter reading, greatly improved the management level of water resource use, truly realized technical water saving and efficient water control, and opened up a new path for water saving in public institutions of "Five Water Governance".
