On December 20, 2013, a plaque awarding ceremony was held at Jingda Technology Park. President Li of China Institute of Metrology and his delegation had in-depth exchanges and interactions with the company's general manager in scientific research, industrialization, and continuing education, and visited Jingda's product line. The "Zhejiang Province Flow Measurement Technology Research Key Laboratory" was established to jointly research and develop metering products with independent intellectual property rights, such as smart IC card water meters and water sales systems, remote water meters, and centralized meter reading systems. The focus is on tackling core technologies for these new flow meters with broad market prospects and relatively advanced internationally, and forming a number of independent intellectual property rights.
