In 2008, the project won the bid to implement the water, electricity and gas engineering renovation for 150,000 users in nine major bases including Xushui, Zhuozhou, Kaifeng and Tuha Oilfield. It has been in operation for nearly 10 years, with a meter reading success rate of >99%, and has been rated as an excellent project.
